Iris in bloom

    I have taken this pic last weekend. Now there are many more both in this color and all white.
    Does it have any special name?

    Very pretty Tina. I don't know the name but I am sure someone will. I have seen ones like it before.

    Tina -- beautiful Iris and it's a hybrid. More than likely a cross with a light purple and white. I've been crossing Iris this yr. as a novis and it's worked on several. Very interesting stuff. Will see most likely in the fall 08 what my new line of Iris will be! :D

    It's very pretty. My iris has never bloomed just keeps growing. I think I will replant this year.

    Looks like "Fairy Rings" Tina, but maybe it's a little paler.

    also, for the folks that are having problems with them not blooming but have in the past, you might try dividing them once every 3 years or so. Hope this helps. :-D

    It sure is pretty.I sure do love the color .I hope mine from Montana blooms next year.
