I am going to the hospital on Tues. morning. They will take out my pace maker and put in a combination pacemaker/defibrilator. I should be home on Wed. if there are not any complications. Will let you all know when I get back. :?
Hurry back to us CK the boards just won't be the same without you around. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that everything goes smoothly for you while you're in hospital. Take things easy now when you get home.

I'm back! Everything went real smoothly. I can't really tell much difference now, but my wife said that I had much better color in my face when I got back to the room. But they say that from the design of the new unit, the heart should pump better and easier. Thanks for all of the kind remarks!
