Good afternoon all, we got to come back home around noon today. Amanda had a birthday party/sleep over last night so we went to a hotel....she is 20 today so we were not abandoning little ones :-D
Boy did I miss my own bed.

We have thunder rumblings around this afternoon and a little rain a bit ago.

Good morning all! Currently sitting at just 9°C but sunny. Still no sign of rain for the next 7 days...gee, I sure hope the weather man is wrong! Things are getting crispy out there! The region has also issued a watering ban and a fire ban due to the dry conditions. Luckily my water tanker is almost full.
Stopped at the greenhouse yesterday and bought a few things on clearance...a new Clematis and 10 Emerald Cedars. I'm now wondering if I should keep them in their pots until the next rain. Much easier to keep them watered that way!
Have a great day all :)

Good Morning/afternoon everyone -- 74 and sunny this morning. Got another short shower yesterday afternoon. Every little bit helps, of course we are still way behind in rainfall for the year. Hope you all have a pleasant day.

Good afternoon! I miss good morning though. We had a few errands to run. Didn't find what we went to look for though so we're home. It's going to be 103 and it is already in upper 90's. No rain in sight. Really dusty though. Dooley

Good Morning all! Currently sitting at 14°C and sunny. It's going to be a beautiful day!
Due to Canada's birthday yesterday, today is a holiday for Canadians. That gives me an extra day to putter in the gardens! Weatherman finally promises us some rain on Wednesday...we shall see.
    Have a great day all!

    Hi everybody!!! :-D

Strange weather here again in Scotland with torrential rain then sun. We had thunder storms last night and it looks as though we could be in for more tonight.

Morning all. Our weather is off/on torrential rain but with very little sun between the storms. Locally we had sun on Sunday, which was nice but not enough to dry out the ground before we get more heavy rains this week. More flooding in the forecast too.
Last year we couldn't get any rain and this year we are certainly making up for it, which is a good thing after a two year drought.
The most extensive crop in my yards are fungi, several different kinds growing everywhere. Oh and birdseed sprouting in all the feeders
