I'm 30 years old. I have 4 children and a beautiful wife. We finished building our dream home a little over a year ago and have been looking for garden plans online...no luck.

Hi and welcome to the Stew from north Texas. Ahhhh, a blank slate for gardening...that can be a fun experience. Glad you joined us.
A couple of our members are landscape designers so they may be able to answer questions you have.

You might also go to your library and look at pictures in landscape/gardening books and magazines. Lots of ideas there to be considered.

Hi there bradytimes and welcome to GardenStew. A blank slate is great and it's good to ask questions. Maybe you can tell us a little bit more about what you have to play with, yard size, soil for example?

Do check out our blogs, member map and calendar.

Welcome from Washington! Ooo, a blank slate *rubbing hands together* So what sort of "look" are you into? If you aren't sure, think about where you & your sweetie have been that made you both really happy- DH & I love a little Victorian town north of here & my garden reflects that. O, except for the part that reflects our love of the Japanese garden at Golden Gate park where we went on our honeymoon (21 years ago, before the trees blew down!). Just some good launching places :)
