    Great job! Very creative indeed. I'm sure plants in there would be just fine. I would imagine a little shade from the midday sun would be a good thing, keep the blooms fresher for longer.

    I thought I would post a picture now that my flowers have filled in. I tried a few different things but these Begonia's seemed the happiest in here.

    Yes, yes, how wonderful Netty. Such a dramatic transformation from the original. Any gardener would love that adorning their garden.

    It looks great with those lucious red begonias filling it up and falling over the edge. You can be really proud of your first creative work.

    Netty, I am especially fond of rustic, natural looking things and this is just wonderful. In fact I have been wanting to do a project with salt cedar sticks on a piece of furniture. Good Job. Flowers look nice too.

    I do love t with all the Bogonia blooms.It was wonderful to start with and the added red is gorgeous.

    Very cute! I have often seen old pulleys that have small flower pots at each end. If I am ever fortunate enough to have a wishing well, I hope I will also be fortunate enough to find the pulley :!:
