Great job! Very creative indeed. I'm sure plants in there would be just fine. I would imagine a little shade from the midday sun would be a good thing, keep the blooms fresher for longer.

Netty, I am especially fond of rustic, natural looking things and this is just wonderful. In fact I have been wanting to do a project with salt cedar sticks on a piece of furniture. Good Job. Flowers look nice too.

Very cute! I have often seen old pulleys that have small flower pots at each end. If I am ever fortunate enough to have a wishing well, I hope I will also be fortunate enough to find the pulley :!:
