dr and I have a new grandson born 10:30 am today 8-13-07. His name is Fintin McPherson. He weighed 8 lbs, 7 oz and was 21 1/2 inches long. Mother and dad are doing fine. dooley

He is grandchild number 4. I have 3 grandsons and a granddaughter. Tom has the daughter, Erin and now a son Fintin. Erin was born on my youngest sister's birthday. Fintin was born on my next youngest sister's birthday. I have one more sister. What do you think? Should I suggest it? Fintin has a set of lungs. Tom was calling from the hospital and I could hear him crying away. Tom said he'd had a hard day. First he was born, then they gave him a shot and drew some blood and then they gave him a bath. He wanted to sleep and he was still being admired by a horde of Kirsten's relatives. Poor kid! dooley
Congratulation on the new Grandson!. Now you will have to plan a trip over to see him and let him know who you are. You can finish his quilt and take it to him. Wannabe

Congrats Dooley, Isn't it amazing how much you can love something the first time you meet. I thought I could not love anything more then my kids, But Alas Then there were the grandkids.
