I need help with some of my herbs. Oregano seems to be the only one that I can harvest, dry and store in glass jars, and it does very well, but when I try the same thing for my sweet basil or French tarragon, they wilt and look 'moldy' looking in the jars.

I save the larger baby food jars and while I use them fresh in culinary dishes, I would like to know why they are wilting and almost moldy looking instead of drying completely?

    Thanks

There is so many things you can do with your herbs to preserve them.
    freeze
    pesto's
    herb sugars
    herb vinegars
    dry(some)
There is a lot of tips on the internet also.
