Ahh toni someone that remembers. Dec. 31st 1967 is a much talked about date here abouts. The stadium holds some 60,000 plus fans, and there are some 260,000 claiming to have been there. And now another such game may be coming up next Sunday. One different team, same old stadium, same NFC championship game, and similar weather. Hopefully the same results. And then another 40 years to remember and tell tails about it. I love it!!! Tom

Good morning, we've still got this warm spell. 9 deg C - 48 deg F today, and just a little bit of rain in between. I'm going out to check on snowdrops, crocus and other earlies.

 

It is 27 degrees F here in the North Carolina foothills. I am home sick today with some sort of bug.

I know that probably sometime in my life I have wished that I could just spend my birthday in bed, but this is not exactly what I had in mind. lol

 

Good Morning all - 26 degrees here this morning and the sun is shining brightly. The weather forecast is mentioning snow flurries and/or sleet tomorrow sometime, but then it is suppose to turn to rain. Hope everyone is well and enjoys the day.

 

Good Tuesday morning all. Currently -5°C and snowing.
I'm waiting (not so)patiently for the Dr's office to open. My 4 year old still has a fever and now she has a rash too. She's already had the Chicken Pox and Fifth disease so I'm really nervous about this. She really doesn't seem to bothered by any of it though. Better safe than sorry. She's really mad at me for not letting her go to school today!

Good Morning From Wisconsin's snowy North Woods. 14° F (-10° C) There's snow in the air again, and we are 1 inch deeper in the white stuff this morning. Mimi is going riding this morning, and I am hanging drapery in the guest rooms, 4 windows. And clearing the walks of snow. Yesterday was a bit windy, and the snow that was decorating the trees is mostly gone. The squirrels are dominating the bird feeder. Grays, blacks and reds. The little reds rule the pack.
