hi everyone, I know I have been gone for awhile, just way.... too much to do and then the holidays. Plus trying to get some bulbs dug up off a lot before they start tearing the house down. Here the farmers tear down a house and anything in the yard trees, bushes, flowers, bulbs, any and everything gets buried on top of the house, so I grab them when I can. I was hoping to wait til spring, but they have the backhoe there now...so when the guy gets time the house will be coming down.

cold todaty I've been about to freeze all day, layed down on the couch and fell asleep
my dogs are so dumb, one keeps pulling the cover out of the dog house so every little bit I have to go out and drag it back up on the porch and put it back in the dog house, the other day I look out and one is dragging the blanket and the other is riding on it...like weeeee.

I guess I was just wore out from digging bulbs. I filled 4 wal mart bags today

It's good to see you back. :)

It sounds like you found the mother lode!
Do you know what all you are getting from the rescue site,
or will it all be a wonderful surprise in the spring??

Wish I'd seen your pups playing "sleighride" :D that must have been cute!

The dog that was riding on the blanket was pretty smart. I wish I can get a joy ride like that (lol) Welcome back and you are going to have some new plants to enjoy for your tiring efforts.

Lucy lays down to eat...I worry about her. I've never seen a dog that wasn't sick lay down to eat

Hi Suzydaze . . . glad to see you back. Sounds like you have been very busy . . . and it is so very cold to have to be out working. Well, welcome back. I have been tempted to take a nap, but had my grands out and about all day. Now it is too late to take a nap. I have been getting wood in since three. Nice looking dogs you have. Mine always pulled their beds out too. Stay warm . . .
