we got a wake up call still haven't managed to find one cheaper on line than £60 odd pounds, one on e-bay with starting price at £50 looks like a walk around london (i hate shopping)to find a bargain,i still would like one though
We just bought a used one online - it's a version done by Remington that includes a little dish at the top. You apparently put scented oils in it and it warms up along with the light so you can have a lavender or coffee, etc. scent along with the birds and the light. Worth trying - the kids are already fighting over who will get to try it out first. Thanks for the idea!
That sounds an interesting one, Primsong. I'd fight for that too! Scarthee, that wake-up light that was sold by ALDI was the NafNaf brand.
THat is mighty interesting for an alarm clock - I was thinking about this clock and thought to myself - This is not for me. I need to get up quick and get busy and this clock would want me waiting everyday just to experience the full extent of the 'alarm'.
hee hee hee...Palm, you are funny. That thing is so pleasant to hear...that is true. I never hear it or notice the light, myself in the mornings....so I miss all that. ha ha ha. I think that my partner gets up when she perceives the "dawn light" and never makes it to the birdies. A shame really. I have recently read that there are water sounds and crickets...and goodness knows what else.
