I bought several plants that are in bloom. Two, in fact, are unusual to me. Here are the websites of the plant pictures.

This is the first plant that is unusual to me. It looks like an evergreen shrub with dark green leaves. Has white flowers that look like stars and are blooming for a long time.

This plant is herb-like with soft stems. Looks like tender perennials. Leaves are wide, looks like sunflower leaves. Flowers are approx. 1 inch wide, more or less, like small sunflowers but with a brighter center. Continuous flowering. like a shrub.

I need the exact names. Thanks

    White waxy flowers

Is the first one fragrant? and does sap ooze out when you pluck out a flower? It looks rather like a variant of Tabernaemontana or a closely related species. These plants belong to the Apocynaceae family, which includes frangipani and hoyas. The flowers are usually fragrant but almost all parts are poisonous.

Actually, the first one is odorless, but it DOES oozes white sap continuously when the flower is plucked. What could it be?

The first one looks like Jasmine to me. But then again, I am not an expert. Whatever it is, it is so beautiful and delicate.
    So is the second one.

At first glance I wondered if it were a stephanotis or I have a Hoya with leaves just like that.
