I have a frangipani clipping from a friends tree that he gave me back in Feb. Well a few months later I now have my first bloom. I have a slide show on my blog of the progression of its growth. I am sure it is a common one but either way I am amped. Here is a picture of the bloom.

It's lovely. I only wish you could photograph the scent.

Thanks for the compliments on the picture. It came out pretty good. And Droopy the scent is so strong you can smell it 5 ft away.

Wow, what a photo...just beautiful with the black background. I can just imagine the fragrance of a whole tree in bloom.
