I've had it around for a while and this is the second time its bloomed. Its hard to get a good pict of. This shows only 1 flower, it actually has 2.

In between the flowering it basically just stays green. But sure wished it would flower more often.
I've kept it in the house. Could it go outdoors and still do well??

It is a Hibiscus, when your temps warm up it needs to be outside in full sun since it is a tropical plant it can take all the full sun it can get.
After it is getting lots of sun and warm temps it will put out more stems and blooms.
