Despite this weeks cold temperatures and frost 2 mornings this week, the back garden is filling in quite nicely A late Daff "Sir Winston Churchill" The first of the Camassia buds to open First Kerria bloom A sea of Forget-Me-Nots Jack in the Pulpit growing in the ditch Jacobs Ladder And finally my Hummers have returned!! I even managed to get a photo that wasn't blurry.
Simply beautiful Netty. And your hummer has returned. What is growing on the trellis the feeder is hanging in front of?
Netty your garden is so neat and tidy whereas mine's a bit of a jungle!!! Your forget-me-nots look so lovely en masse like that. So glad your hummingbirds have arrived and you managed to get a piccie for us. Jack-in-the-pulpits are fantastic plants aren't they?
One of the things I love about Gardenstew is seeing all of the plants people grow that I don't. They are just beautiful. Thanks! dooley
Thank you Thank you Netty for posting all these beauties, the Camassia's are wonderful.I have never seen so many gorgeous blooms and most are things I have never seen .The wall of For-get-me-nots in so pretty.I have them but no blooms and they are so puny.
Toni-climbing the trellis is 2 Clematis vines. A "President" and "Duchess of Edinburg", both of which I thought I had lost this winter. They are both growing back quite nicely now and I hope to get some blooms soon
These are a good selecttion. That border looks quite nice indeed. The Jacob's Ladder is in fine form this week. Just keep those fotos coming, Netty.
Netty, everything looks great and your garden is so neat. Mine is always full of weeds, I just can't keep up with them. I love the Kerria, I've got one on my schedule for the new garden space next spring. Thanks for sharing.
