Got my camera out and got a few pics of the ist day of spring in Ohio.

The ditch lilly bed that we got cleaned out. It's about 6 ft wide.

THAT's what I'm talking about Capt! We are on our way! I'd sure like to see that huge ditch lily bed in bloom. I wonder if my bleeding hearts are coming up yet??? Think I will go take a peek.

    Happy Spring!

Well Captain, I guess we can say spring is officially here. I will start to clear the mulch off some of the beds layer by layer as each layer is frozen. Tomorrow I will uncover the beds near the house they are unfrozen and the daylilies will want some sun.

Yep it certainly looks as though spring is there with you CK. I, too, would love to see those ditch lily beds in flower. Isn't it great to see everything in the garden coming back to life again? :stew2:

Nice clean up job there, Capt. Looks really nice. I had a chance to get into my yard a while today to rake out some of the flower beds. I just love seeing all the emerging plants!!
