In my whirlwind life where at the moment I don't seem to have time to have a pee!

Firstly, you remember my darling went for an interview and didn't get it....well he was 'headhunted' last week by another firm....and he got the job! Pay rise and company car. Lots more responsibility, good promotion. He is over the moon.

The other news, 10 days time I will be having my hernia op. Full open surgery as they are worried about what other damage has been caused. Quite scared it has to be said. However, I will be housebound and not allowed to do anything in the garden for a couple of weeks, so I will finally have the time to sit infront of the computer and catch up!

Wooohooo, a big Congratulations to your hubby on the new job.
Have you started making lists of what plants you will get with the extra money :-D

Be sure to remind us just before your surgery so we can be thinking healing thoughts for you during it.

I had a feeling that Mark would find something better than that first job. Neither wonder he's so pleased about the new post he's been offered. It certainly sounds ideal.Congratulationd Mark - well done!!!! :D

I'll keep everything tightly crossed for you when you go for your operation EJ. I hope they find that everything else is as it should be when they repair the hernia.

Congratulations on hubby's new job. We were all disappointed when he didn't get the other one. Everyone is scared of surgery but as soon as you get it over with you will be on the mend.
