Hi. I need help to identify these three plants (maybe they are dangerous?) and how to take proper care of them. Right now I just keep them in water to see if they will let out some roots.

Love the leaves. The purple-violet color is amazing! It has weird "beans" full of something white. Doesn't smell.

    Whitish leaves, pale violet flowers.

Lovely one, has a faint weird smell, nice leaves.

#1 -- Tradescantia spathacea (Oyster Plant, Boatlily) Click on blue link for care information

#2 - probably a Kalanchoe but I am not familiar enough with them to know which one. Kalanchoe beharensis (Velvet Elephant Ear) Click on blue link, this is not necessarily your plant but the care info will be the same if it's a Kalanchoe

#3 - an Echeveria of some type but I don't know what species or cultivar Echeveria moranii Click on blue link, not necessarily your plant but the care info will be the same.

    None of them are dangerous.

I grew a small garden of succulents on my front porch a couple of seasons ago. There were Echeveria, Hens and Chicks and other assorted plants. I found them easy to grow and there are SO many varieties of succulents that it's easy to make container garden of them with a lot of visual impact.

This isn't my garden (can't find a picture of it at the moment) but it was similar. So pretty!

#1 is blooming! Cool! The sap (juice inside) of any Tradescantia can cause a rash like poison ivy for the unfortunate few who have skin that is sensitive to it.
    #2 looks like Kalanchoe pumila.
    #3 looks like an Aeonium.

All 3 are toxic to (some) animals, if ingested.

Ronni > I never tried mixing few succulents together, but as they look really nice, I might try. As I don't have many of them, the "bouquet" might not look very impressive :D

Purpleinopp > Yes! The tiny white flowers are emerging, looks awesome! #2 - Googled it, yes, looks exactly like it.

Well, as I replanted all of them, my hands were a little red and itchy afterwards, but I can't tell witch of them caused that, after few hours they were normal. I don't have any pets, so no need to worry.
