a climbing plant- but what?!?!

    It looks like a Ficus pumila Creeping Fig. They get much bigger when planted outside and there are some variegated forms also.

    Good morning,
    Toni is correct,we also have miniature variegated type,half the leaf size and very cute.
    The large type grows rampantly and attaches itself to rocks and walls.....quite aggressive. :stew2:

    Good morning,further to the ficus disscussion,when the plant is 'set free' the leaves grow much larger and the vine becomes rampant...a good rock or brick wall covering,The leaves in the photo are on the same vine about 3feet apart.

    wow. yes, i would really love to take advantage of it's climbing, but i have to keep it indoors because of the cold weather.

    creeping fig is a very good plant to use as fence and wall coverings it will take an old grey block wall and make it look like a hedge. Also I have actually seen it used as a lawn just mow it like the grass.
