Today has been gloomy and misty, then a bit ago the sun finally came out. Now we have a bit of wind out of the south. The locust leaves are coming down that looks almost like snow flurries. Most of the trees here turn yellow in the fall. A few like the sugar maple turn orange or red, but for the most part it is yellow from bright to gold color.
Hi Captain Kirk, We are having delightful fall weather here. Our churches in this area had an outdoor church and picnic at a nearby lake. It was perfect. We had a wee bit of light rain Saturday night, but it did not spoil our day at the lake. I love fall. It is supposed to get down to 40' this coming Saturday night. So I brought in most of my indoor plants.
My mums and sedum blooming. Corn starting to get picked-yea glad when it is done by my house. get my view back. Goose down cover back on bed. Trees starting to turn red.
It's a beautiful day here also. Perfect temp, blue sky, nice breeze. Only one thing wrong or 1000's. Stink bugs are back. They are everywhere.
