I could only find purple fleabane in my yard so I went to my neighbor's yard and found some cosmos.

That's Fleabane? What a nice color! The Fleabane here is a wishy washy pinkish color. I love the Wine Cosmos.

Oh dooley, I like your cosmos especially the lilac and orange. I wondered if they came in differant colors, because I only have pink. Your flebane is spectacular. Great photos.

I generally only have the lilac or wine colored ones. Frank, my neighbor, has these orange ones. I think he must save the seeds because I haven't seen any to buy. I'll have to pinch the seeds while he's away on vacation. He'll be gone the whole month of November and I'll have his gate keys. In spring, we have smaller fleabane that's not so colorful. I don't know why grasshopper's ate all my stuff and only half of Frank's stuff. He doesn't have too much left either. But, he grows everything really thick so his yard doesn't have much space where something is not growing.

Lovely colours, Dooley. I'm glad you snuck over to your neighbour's to photograph.
