    hello rierie
I can help with a few. your 3rd pict is a hosta it will have purple flowers.
your last picture I know I've seen and probably should know but it could be a verbena (?). Someone will be along shortly that can help you more.

The last one #5 looks like a Spirea shrub.

The next but last looks like a Hydrangea.

Somebody posted that white bloom not long ago, but I can't remember the name now.

The last 3 are Hosta, Hydrangea, and Spiraea. The first looks familiar but just can't place it right now.

the leaves don't look the same on the dogwood. i know it was planted purposely because they had the area around the bottom cut out and taken care of. it is growing very very quickly, taller and taller. it is about 4 ft tall now.
