Today, I put a few scarecrows in the yard. I didn't get a picture of the one by the wheel. I didn't get the ones inside either.

Dooley, they are darlin'. You decorate like I use to.I just can't do it anymore. My back surgery was last of June and they did a spinal fusion, so I don't have the mobility I once had... nor the youth!! But you are definitely ready for fall :stew2:

Gee, your yard looks so nice. I think maybe I should pay a visit to a store somewhere. I have no outside things for Holloween. Wannabe

Some of these scarecrows are two or three years old. I didn't buy any new ones this year. I store them in rafters of the shed during the rest of the year. I like them because I leave the scarecrows up until Thanksgiving. I can add leaves and pumpkins, etc. The ghoulies I will take down after Halloween. Thanks for the good comments. dr helped wire them into place. dooley

Crows winter in this area and there are plenty of them around. I wonder who named the things scarecrows. My sister gave me the scoobydoo flag. It has fall leaves on it. I need to find one for Christmas and winter. She said go to WalMart but maybe the garden centers would have them, too. dooley

Those by your window are adorable! I wouldn't dare put something like that outside here. They would be ruined in no time.
