I managed to get 3 back gardens weeded, cultivated and edged The last of the Tulip blooms Black Parrot - the only one of 5 to grow and bloom "Erna Lindgreen" - I couldn't seem to capture it's true color "Hermans Pride" Bleeding Heart And a white one too! The first Iris Solomon's Seal Camassia And a beautiful dark Lilac from the schoolyard
Netty you have some wonderful blooms in your garden at the moment. I have the same Bleeding hearts as you and I love seeing them in flower. All my tulips are long gone but my iris are still only in bud. Your garden beds are so neat and tidy so how about coming to Scotland to tackle mine?
Netty you sure have so many wonderful blooms in your garden. The Camassia is so very beautiful .I sure do love the color.
Well done Netty! Your yard looks lovely, and your blooms are a delight to see. Our late tulips are done, the Iris and Camassia hasn't started yet but our hearts and lilac and yours are at the same stage. Isn't that funny?
Cajunbelle, Hermans Pride is Lamiastrum galeobdolon, or Yellow Archangel. A few of my older shots are at plantstew here: Lamiastrum galeobdolon (Yellow Archangel)
Your garden is lovely Netty, so neat, a good day's work. My tulips are long over also, I love the black parrot. What a pity they didn't all bloom.
That's a good looking garden, Netty. I like your spring blooms and I'm sure you're feeling tired after all that work! Enjoy.
You have a very nice and tidy-looking garden, Netty. I really enjoyed seeing your garden and flower pics. They are quite attrective, you must be pretty darned proud of yourself. Congrats. I will be looking foreward to seeing the next phaser of your garden flowers. The Camassia is looking great!
Netty Awesome.......garden you got there . Love the dark tulip and all the flashy colors. I never seen a camassia before.. Nice. Thanks for the viewing b
Wow Netty - your backyard is gorgeous. I would be happy to call that my showpiece garden. THose Solomon seals look so dainty and your flowers are lovely.
Very pretty pictures...and so neat and tidy..the weeds in mine are growing faster than the plants...we have had a lot of rain.
Welcome to the weedy club. Mine are the same , quite a game. One day we look back and laugh at this.. b
Everything is just beautiful Netty. I envy neat and tidy gardeners.....sometimes. Sometimes I wish I could 'do' neat and tidy in my gardens but wild and weird seems to be more me.
