This is all the color I have in my yard. So sad It does beat nothing Carolina Jasmine ( photo / image / picture from glendann's Garden )
Well at least you have a little color, you should see my gardens here in NY, not pretty at all...I know what you mean, soon soon we will have nice green and colorful babies growing!!! There is hope....
Most of the snow has left now but my poor garden is in a terrible state. We're now having constant rain which means I can't get out there to start clearing up. So glad you posted a photograph from your garden for us as it has cheered me up to see something in bloom. :-D
You and Toni....some folks have all the luck. Congrats on your colour....about now, I'd settle for one blade of green grass.. hahaha.
At least you have something green! And your jasmine will be looking great and completely covered soon. You guys have had a lot more rain than I have. All I get is mist!
Don't forget to take a photo of that Jasmine when it is covered in blooms. The one I had on an arbor out back was killed by late season ice we had last spring...one day it was covered in yellow blooms and less than a week later it was a crunchy brown
I sure will toni.I'm sorry you lost your Jasmine toni I have tried to root a limb from mine on the ground for Laura .It been on the ground for almost a year and still no roots.I have tried to root it in water but no roots. If it ever does root I'll do you one.
My Carolina Jasmine has budded up, but only one or two open so far. I have a few pansies and the Snowdrops should be putting up buds soon. I am sure the freeze will make the Amaryllis late this year.
The primary color in my garden is white. White trimmed in dirty white. :-D I'm about stir crazy. It was nice to see your color!
I hope that some of my plants will start to come back to life soon. Sure seems like it's been a long hard winter down here.
Chery,I figured by no you had blooms everywhere in the Houston area.I forgot ya'll got those freezes this time too.In lots of Houston yards they have hibiscus taller than the homes.I got some cutting form my cousins home but they didn't root. She lives off of Belway 8 and Clay Road. There is some wonderful color Hibiscus and sooo big.
