Beacon Hill Park is right downtown in Victoria. It is 62 acres with some wild areas. Lots of ducks and wild flowers. No commercial stuff is allowed. Took this picture yesterday when I went to photograph some ducks, mainly the Northern shovelers. Beacon hill park. ( photo / image / picture from Kildale's Garden )
Blossoms going right down to the water,..and a fountain in the distance,..lovely location and great that they don't spoil it with commercial stuff.
It's good to know that Beacon Hill park doesn't allow any commercial stuff - there should be more places like that around. Your photograph is lovely - what a magnificent tree.
liveable cities A 62 acre park downtown. That city has people with the capacity to think. The reason I left Lake Charles was due to the lack of intellectual prowess, especially when it came to city planning. Great picture.
