Boy I don't know if its the time change or what, but it just seemed like sunday just dragged on & on. My daughter and I raked leaves when she looked up and said "lets stop and go in mom, it must be 3:00 by now". Well when we did go in, it was only 2:00. The whole day seemed to be this way. When I thought it was time for her bedtime, she still had an hour to go.
Boy what a day, I didn't think it would ever end. Anybody have trouble with the time change affecting their day?

For the first week I find myself comparing the sun's location in the sky with where it was just the week before, then I don't notice it anymore.

There are 365.242199 days which converts to 8765.8129 hours in a year (not counting leap years)....changing the clock in spring to an arbitrary time and changing it back to what some call "real" time in the fall only means I have to make sure all the clocks are in sync for the time of year.
Otherwise, I do not allow it to have much affect on my daily life.

I don't like it when it gets dark so early. In mid-winter we only have a few hours of daylight, and the children are at school and can't enjoy it properly. It's easy to change time for us grown-ups, but the girls are having trouble adjusting for weeks.

I always have trouble adjusting too Petunia. First of all, I was awake WAY too early on Sunday morning. All day I was an hour behind. I felt starving for lunch at 10:30 and ready for dinner by 3:30. Then it got dark so early and I felt like I was ready for bed before 8:00!
