I accidently ran across this site while looking for something else. I live in Oregon and enjoy gardening very much when the weather dictates.

Hope to interact with all of you!

    Thanks For The Warm Welcome

Thanks, Toni for the warm welcome. My wife and I are big Dahlia fans, so everybody will get a taste of that.

We have a huge Dahlia farm located not too far from where we live "Swan Island Dahlias".

    Thanks, Eileen!

It is not our Dahlia farm. It is located about seven miles from our home in Canby, Oregon.

As far as I know, they are one of the largest Dahlia farmers in the world, and they ship their bulbs all over the world through mail order.

If I remember rightly, blooms start in August and I will post plenty of pictures at that time....including pictures of our own Dahlias.

Thank you for welcoming me aboard!

    Thom
