Daughter and I visited a very posh school called Queenswood School this beautiful afternoon which is a School for young ladies who are daughters of Methodist Ministers. The school was founded in 1894 in Clapham, London and transferred to its present site which is just up the road from our village in 1925. The school is set in 120 acres. The girls have lots of facilities including indoor and outdoor tennis courts, hockey field, swimming pool, athletics field, chapel and various indoor halls. Here are a few photos of the beautifully kept gardens.

My school days would have been so different if I'd gone to a school like that!! How I would have loved to wander in those magnificent grounds and drink in all the beauty of the buildings and gardens. :-D

Very nice! Just the right setting to wander about and digest the lessons of the day. But we'd probably be up to all sorts of mischief instead. :D

Thank you for showing those lovely photos.
