We are to get 3 to 5 inches of new snow. We only had a dusting on the ground before it started. Here are a couple of pics of it. Uncle Sam all dressed up!
You have a lovely, snowy yard, and I am so very glad it isn't in my yard! Is your Uncle Sam a whirligig type ornament? He's very handsome!
Nope he just stands there holding onto the flag. My next older brother made him for me. He is made from a round wooden fence post. I have had to repaint him 3 or 4 times. And I have had to make him new feet, arms and hat brim twice! But he's hanging in there!
