    Went for a walk and took my camera with me. This first pic, is a 14 inch fungi growing out of a dead elm stump.

    Tis is a small part of a huge bed of wild violets. I have about an acres worth of them.

    This is the ground cover that the deer denuded back in Feb., it's coming back nicely.

    My 20 year old Bleeding Heart. I measured it and it is 4 ft. across.

    One of my pride and joys, a blue Columbine.

    Very pretty blooms, especially the Columbine that is gorgeous.

    I love that columbine!! I had a blue one a couple of years ago but it disappeared never to be seen again. :(

    I think the deer did a great job of pruning your your ground cover as it looks lovely and lush now.

    The blue columbine is pure beauty. Your bleedingheart is 4 feet across.... hmm, utt oh, I just planted two with not near enough space and still have one more in a pot... Yours sure is pretty.

    Beautiful pictures...I have brought pieces of bleeding heart plants from some older plants to every home we moved to. I would of loved to have dug up the whole plants and brought them but they were just too big...I really like the picture of the fungi too.

    I love the Columbine.The color is my favorite.The mushroom is so neat.Yor bleeding hearts are so pretty.
