We replenished the supply of firewood in our small shed next to the house today, and we should have enough to last until mid April if we need it! I still have about 2 cord out in the large wood shed too. For a treat tonight I did 4 huge T Bones on the charcoal grill. We also had baked taters and salads. Man was it ever good! Our first steaks since Nov.

Sounds like you worked up an appetite and desired those steaks. We are having homemade pizza much better than store bought.

Bet those steaks went down well CK after getting all that wood in. Food always tastes so much better after fresh air and hard work don't you think? :-D

The only problem was, after all of the fresh air, work and a full belly, I was nodding of by 7 pm in my chair!

Sounds delightful. We grilled a steak about a month ago but sometimes it's hard to get a good charcoal fire going when it's seriously cold. :-?
