Has anyone here ever made this donut-like treat? I've had them and love them and I'm considering purchasing an Abelskiver pan (I know they're available at kitchen stores and online). I'm wondering, though, if they have to be made in a special pan or if you can make them another way. If anyone here has ever made them and has any advice, I'd appreciate hearing from you.
We had a friend who made them. She was Danish. I have a couple of the cast iron pans hanging above my stove. I have never tried to make them but don't think it is too hard. Try it and let us know, please! dooley
