We had visitors from Tasmania, so I went to town on getting the garden as neat as I could, This is what they saw. http://s703.photobucket.com/user/Owdboggy/slideshow/August Visit
Your garden looks fabulous as always Palustris, and I love the feline tour guides . What is the netting I can see in the background in picture #7? Your hoop house looks full of lovely crops too. Bravo, I'll bet the visitors were out in the gardens all day
Your visitors are going to take lasting memories of your beautiful garden back to Tasmania with them that's for sure. I just wish my own garden could look half as good as yours does.
Netty, the netting is windbreak material around the Veg patch. Originally it was to keep the hens out as well, but we stopped keeping them a couple of years back. It really needs new tightening wires, but the posts are a bit too delicate to do that. Next strong wind will probably blow it down.
