The weather wasn't too bad this morning, about 38 deg and overcast. So I went out and took the garland and lights down from the front deck. And then put the few decorations that we had around the house away too. So that's all done for another year. Of course we didn't have a tree up this year, so that made it a lot more simple! Aren't ya all jealous?

All our decorations are still up and stay up until around the 5th of January. My house always looks so big and clean when they get taken down - something to look forward to. :-D

CK congrats on getting things down easily.
I did put up a tree but it and the two Yule logs were very easy to pack up. I like the simplicity and the ease of minimalism :-D

Always good to have another chore behind you, CK. :smt023

Ours will stay up a while yet, until the 6th, :-D
observing Epiphany is a tradition for us.
Gotta give those Magi a chance to find the baby Jesus. :D

We don't put ours up 'til sorta late, so I'm still enjoying seeing it,
in fact, I know I'll miss it when it's gone,
 it seems such a long dreary stretch until spring.

We took all our decorations and tree yesterday. Our stragglely tree has even gone with the garbage man. We didn't put anything up outside this year. Wannabe

Wow, that's quick! Ours will stay up until 12th night. I must admit, slowely little things start to get put away, the little ornaments I dot around in the bathrooms, on shelves and hidden in plants, but the tree and lights will stay put for now. I love taking them down, the rooms seem so spacious and clean and tidy for a while.

Ours will be up at least until Monday as we have too many things going between now and then to do otherwise.

I didn't get my decorations and tree up until Dec. 21st this year, so I am in no rush to take them down, but they will probably come down on Jan 2.

Decorations down and put in the attic. One wreath remains on the front porch that I shall put in the newly cleaned out garage.
