    Cut and split the last of the firewood this weekend. Put the splitter away until next year. Raked up the fallen bark and wood splinters and spread them under the cedar tree as mulch. The stove and chimney are all cleaned out, just need the cold temps to complete the cycle!

    Although I know you've worked hard to get all that wood split and stored CK I hope the cold weather doesn't hit you too early.

    Good work! We got down to near-freezing last night, it's a-coming! We have to cut ours really short because of our woodstove, but it's so nice to see it all piled up with a tidy tarp on top.
