My son and I cut down 4 dead trees today, as soon as I get the logs split and into the wood shed, I will have all of my wood for the season. I will have 6 cords of wood plus enough wood scraps from the shop for about 1 to 1 /2 months worth of heating. Three of the trees that we cut up today were wild cherry, so they will smell good when they burn.

It's good to know you'll be all set for the winter months CK. It seems no time since you were telling us about the wood you'd cut for last winter!! Time flies by doesn't it?
