Yes it is warm outside but there is also a 25-30 mph wind blowing so that helped some. I got all the new herbs repotted, yard watered and a little bit of weeding done before I had to come in. Did get some pictures too.

My first every standard size Hollyhock, a double Yellow.

The still unidentified Lily that wasn't supposed to be in the package has more than doubled in quantity this year.

Some of the shorter red Canna, don't know the name

I have more of these 6 foot goldish Cannas this year.

So far these are the only two colors of Glads that have bloomed.

The white Hibiscus...don't know what happened to the plant itself but it is much smaller than it usually is...the blooms are still huge. This one is roughly 11" across (28 centimeters). The red Hibiscus plant is it's usual large self but hasn't started blooming.

Very pretty flowers you have. I have to force myself and get out and plant the rest of my glads...just been too busy or the weather hasn't co-operated..

Your hollyhock is a delight, and that mystery lily of yours an even bigger one! I can't believe the size of your cannas and hibiscus, and the gladioli are beautiful.

Great pics Toni. I had a yellow hollyhock just like that a couple years ago. It bloomed the first year I had it and then it never came back. I was disapointed as it was so beautiful. The lily and cannas are beautiful, I realy love the color of that yellow/orange one. I love both colors on the glads, but I'm too lazy to do glads here as they have to dug up in the fall. They hybiscus is one of my favorits, but they have to grown as house plants here because they can't take the winter. Although I found one that they claim will take the winter. It's on my list for my new garden space next spring so we will see. They are all breath taking. Thanks for sharing.

I was swept-away with that fantastic hollyhock of yours. What does a guy have to do to get some seeds?

I like the colour of those pink and white glads. I have those as well, in a row in front of my Clematis rack. Mine are nowhere near blooming though.

The yellow and orange Canna is a stunner. I can't get cannas to do well in my garden. I had them one year then they succumbed to the weather or something. Yours are gorgeous.
