Hello everyone well we almost got our big building done, Remember we started it a couple of months ago, well Wayne got hurt,He was cutting some of the siding ,which is metal and it made him deaf in one ear, He thought it would come back but it hasnt, The dr. said it may never come back, its been a month,Hes really worried, and I am to.The dr. said he may have shattered a eardrum.I hope not,Well we been out there working the last couple of days but he bought some ear proctection, which we should have had in the first place,I hope we didnt wait to late,Just thoughtI would let you all know how it was going out there.Say a little prayer for us.
    Thank you Margie

Having worked around jet air craft for 22 years, I can sympathize with his hearing loss. I always work hearing protectors and now in the past 6 or 8 years have noticed some hearing loss. And I haven't been around jets for 28 years. Hope some of it comes back.

So sorry to hear about Wayne's accident. I do hope his hearing returns soon. Hind sight is always 20-20! Just make sure he always wears the protection.

Neither wonder you and Wayne are worried Margie. Losing your hearing in one ear must be devastating for him and I really hope that his ear will recover with time. Thank goodness he now has ear protectors.

I hope he gets better soon :'( My Dad suffers from hearing loss and it is sooooo frustrating, for him and anyone who tries to talk to him. I preach and preach to these kids I work with at the tire store. I try to get them to wear hearing protection around the air guns and compressors. Our hearing is something we all take for granted :( I'll say a prayer for him and hope for a speedy recovery.
