Tomato seedlings always seem leggy, then when they leaf out they catch up. When they are bigger and the stalk gets little hairs on it you can always plant them deeper. Then they will form a better root system.
I finally gave in to my itchy fingers and planted a few seeds in the greenhouse today. As it isn't heated I just hope they survive but I have my doubts. So glad yours seem to be doing so well.
