We spent another day outside. I dug in the dirt and dr worked on the greenhouse. I took a couple pictures of the greenhouse. Remember, it's a work in progress and it goes slowly. The glass is frosted glass shower doors. They just fit in the up/down space. First from the inside. You can see glass up on the roof. It isn't fastened down yet.

The vegetable bed that I dug on Wednesday. Still needs work but it will get there.

    More front yard vegetable beds.

Backyard vegetable beds that I dug yesterday and today. Rose bushes down one side that I dug around.

One last picture, daffodils at the end of the house. I need to dig the grass out of there.

I hope that I got some of all of it. It's supposed to rain for three or four days now so maybe just tomorrow morning to get the fertilizer sticks down.

Yes, it's on a homemade welded up stock trailer. dr built a shed on one side of it and was going to use windows to build a greenhouse on the other side but decided to just build it on the trailer instead. It will be about 4 to 4 1/2 ft wide and 16 ft long with shelves along the glass side.

Wow Dooley.... you've been doing a lot of work and it looks great. And I'm jealous of that greenhouse. Great idea on using the shower doors. And on a trailer too? Guess if you ever have to move you can take it with you. :-D

You really have been toiling away in your garden haven't you? I still don't know how you manage to do so much in such a short time. Are you sure you don't run on batteries? :D :D
I see Chance is making sure DR does a good job on your greenhouse. ;) I'm impressed with how it's coming along. Who would have thought that shower doors and a stock trailer would make such a good looking structure. Bet you can't wait to get the shelves it so that you can put plants in there. Are you going to use it for veggies or flowers? With the size of it I'm sure you could do both. DR is just the kind of man I could do with around here.
After all your hard work I think you both deserve a holiday - ever thought of coming to Scotland?

Amazing what imagination and determination can do! Great looking vegetable beds, and a fine greenhouse-in-progress. Chance is pretty cute, too!

Been out this morning and fed the roses, hoping the rain will help soak it down to the roots. Put MiracleGro on crape myrtles and cleaned up the back yard. I think we're ready for a few days off. Took the glass off the roof of the greenhouse. Didn't want it blowing if it gets windy tomorrow. Filled the bird feeders so they will be happy. Had four big blue jays out chasing around with the cardinals this morning. There's enough food for everyone. Why do they get territorial?
