Another wood walk treat.

    Here is another fungus that is rather hard to see, it may be black, but it really does blend into the ground cover.

    I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like that fungus before. I'm going to have to pay closer attention of what's around my feet in future.

    You're so right Jon, just like a cow's tongue. Kind of ... ew ... but very interesting, Kildale. It is very neat to see these unusual things.

    I suddenly realized I shall have to go for my walks on all fours in order to see what's growing. :D No, I'm going on my own and nobody's going to show any photos of that.
