Any brick layer out there.

    Basement wall still not fixed. Had to wait for engineer report. Then was told we do not need footing for block wall. Since we had one. When this inner wall was put used red bricks. And turned side ways. Dentist we clean for has built 3 of his own homes. His Uncle master brick layer. Told me ask them want soil sample said. Told them they took none :D

    About ready to go blocks-72 est. and re-rods and straping. And anchors. bags of cement. And do it myself

    This job amount to about $7000. Minus the footing. Even though our basement old time cellar. Only used for wood-burner. And we are moving new one to mud room. .All walls been cleaned -except caved in area. Sprayed with special cleaner. We did not have problems like some places. Water stayed in finished basements-carpet full of mud. Some of these new homes--on hills. But another timber area on hill behind them
