I like the shape a lot. I had a mosaic plate on top and used it as a garden table with 2 small chairs for a long time. The plate broke and now I am wondering if I can use this any other way.
    Thanks

A pretty ceramic pot or large clay pot with a top edge a little larger than the top of the stand so it will be secure. If the pot has a hole in the bottom, cover it with a paper coffee filter so the water doesn't just rush right through and plant something that will trail down over the edge.

Or a pot without a hole and make a water garden.

    Thanks Toni.
Do you have any pictures like that? I'd love to see if you do.

Turn it upside down and use it as a trellis for a small, delicate vine.
Or, get a plate that fits the top and use it for a bird feeder, or with gravel in the plate, as a butterfly watering station.

Or a stand for a gazing ball.
Personally, I'd try to make it into a bird bath.

It's hard to tell how big it is but if you can find a plant saucer that will sit on it you can make the birdbath mentioned or drill holes in it , if you get a heavier plastic one, and plant a fairy garden in it. If you turn the saucer upside down you would have a table again. That would also let you try your hand at mosaics if you haven't already.

As-is,, a stand for a really large jack-O-lantern. Remove the pulp and fill with a string of twinkle lights. Cut hole in back for plug and sit it on the front porch. :-D
