Are they growing behind afte 21 days?

    I have broccoli, cabbage and Pak Choy seeded on 7 Feb.
    Look at the photos they look like do not grow well after 3 weeks?
    And also they look like the same.

    They look like they are struggling for light, hence the lankiness.

    These are cool weather vegetables,, should be outside ! They will not do well when inside !

    I put them outside in the shade in first 3 weeks.
    I tried to put under direct sunlight for 3 hours but looks dying then.
    Should I put them in direct sunlight for few hours a day?

    You could replant them carefully burying them up to their necks. Best would be direct in the ground. If you transplant in the evening, they adjust better to transplanting. Make sure to protect from frost at first.
