    I just hate those 2 pipes coming out like that when we got rural water. But last house on end of line.

    You could put a cute wishing well over them to cover them up :p

    I had almost the same problem. Here's I "covered" mine up.

    And had an electrical outlet sticking up here. I used an old nail keg to cover it up.

    A wishing well sounds pretty neat... you'll just have to make sure the water dept. knows that you've covered it up.

    I wanted to do something like that. But has meter in the pit. They read it all the way from highway. In winter had guy driving his snow mobile through yard about hit it. We put snow fence to stop that.
