I really enjoyed that Frank!! :D Heather Angel's enthusiasm for nature clearly comes over in her commentary and you could feel her excitement at getting the shots of the fox and the Ring-Necked Parakeet feeding off the dew.
One day I'd love to visit Kew Gardens as they are one of the most beautiful gardens in Britain.

She must have taken a LOT of photos in a year!

That is great. Her commentary adds a certain energy too. I think I will look at herons a little differently now, though! The pheasant pics and the fox are amazing.

Beautiful photos. I imagine the book is fantastic but the slide show has more life to it with her comments.

Our local PBS station broadcasts a BBC program called A Year at Kew....I think that's the name. Anyway it is about the background work that goes on at Kew that the public doesn't see and is really interesting.

loved the photos. The commentary to go along with it was very informational. Though I guess I never knew Herons ate other birds, I thought just fish. I liked the little green parrot. The gardens in the background were beautiful.

Yes! That was it Petunia. I couldn't figure out why that heron picture shocked me so -- when you posted that you thought they only eat fish, I realized that I thought that too.

Thanks for this slide show link. I can never get enough of Kew.
It is nice seeing these animals there instead of the plants this time.
    Thanks again.
