B planted 60 tomatoes , strawberrys and Ivy

    You sure do keep busy around the farm Barb! 60 Tomato plants seems like a lot~do you can them?

    Netty , yes I can stew tomatoes an use them all year around. Use it for soup or sauce or whatever calls for them.

    Sjoerd,
    Already have planted,peppers, bush cukes, carrots, lettuce (several) beets, beans. Parsnips.

    sunflowers, sweetcorn. HD did that.
    Still need to get zucchini.
    Probably forgot something
    I freeze an can like no 2maro.

    Gosh if I grow strawberries - my children will think that I am growing Dacquiries. :D

    Yours look great. ANd not to mention the tomatoes - are they all one type of tomato or different varieties??

    No I have s few different . But mostly hubbys favorite Rutgers.

    cherry ones I think
    sauce ones if they grew.. THe reason I am mixed. I did drop a huge tray one day moving them, an the tags fell out ........Oh how we love suprises..

    I did buy one plant . Seedless tomato.

    I can stewed tomatoes my way. An we live on them all year round if we dont run out. I have about 4 jars left. Lasts years tomato blight put us out of the garden.
