Has anyone ever heard of these, or grew them in the South. I would like to try them and would appreciate some input. http://www.willowcreekgardens.com/index ... ategory=15
Never heard of them, but they are pretty. I really try to stick with either natives or plants well adapted to our growing conditions.
I never heard of them either, but they have beautiful blooms. And the fact they are fragrant is a plus! I didn't notice a recommended zone on that site, but I think it's safe to assume they wouldn't like my climate here in Ontario. Too bad...
Sharon I haven't seen these before either but they remind me a bit of freesias. Lovely delicate looking flowers and so many colours. I'd certainly give them a try. :-D
I planted these once. They did very so-so and disappeared fairly quickly. They like dry. I'm not sure what got them here-voles, a fungal thing or just winter. They were pretty but small.
