You never appreciate good health unless you confront a particularly nasty stomach bug. This one took the last week away from me and left me wondering if my stomach would ever hold food again. Today the breakthrough came and I am back among the living. Hallelujah. Good to be back.
Phew. Glad you are on the road to recovery. Just take it easy, your poor belly is going to be fragile whilst it gets used to solids again.
